Because our store offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital products (such as downloadable templates and financial organization spreadsheets), all sales are considered final and non-refundable once the purchase is completed and the digital file download link is generated or delivered. 

Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be verified as "returned" or deleted from a customer's device. By purchasing our digital products, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your tool. While we do not offer refunds, we are fully committed to assisting you if you face any issues. We will gladly accommodate support requests under the following circumstances:

Corrupted or Broken Files: If the downloaded digital file is corrupted or defective due to a technical error on our end, please contact us immediately so we can send you a fresh, working copy.

Compatibility & Access Issues:** If you experience difficulties opening or utilizing the file in its intended software environment (such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets), our support team will guide you through the setup to make it right.
